Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your photos, captions, and database records from our systems. It cannot remove a photo's hash that has already been recorded on the blockchain — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Why was my photo rejected or flagged?

Every upload is automatically screened by a third-party moderation service before it's stored or registered. Content that clearly violates our standards is rejected outright; borderline content is flagged for manual human review. Rejected photos are never stored or registered on the blockchain.

Can a blockchain record be removed or edited?

No. Once a photo's hash is registered on Polygon, that record is permanent and public — it can't be edited, deleted, or reversed by you or by us. This is inherent to how public blockchains work.

How do I report content or block another user?

Use the in-app report tool on any post to flag content that violates our policies, or block a user from their profile or from the Blocked Users screen in Settings.

Is blockchain registration required for every photo?

Yes. Registration happens automatically for every photo submitted through the app and can't be turned off for an individual upload or account. If you don't want a photo permanently recorded, don't upload it.
